Provide a complete step-by-step answer key that shows how to convert the scenario into an equation before solving it, since translating the word problem correctly is usually the harder half of the skill, not the arithmetic itself. Flag any question where a common misread, confusing rate with total, or miles with hours, could plausibly cause a wrong answer even with correct arithmetic.
