Module 1 performance decides more than a single score, it decides which version of Module 2 a student even gets access to. That makes Module 1 pacing worth its own dedicated drill, separate from general untimed practice, since falling behind there has a compounding cost the rest of the section can't fully undo.

Before each round, state the exact time limit and question count in the prompt itself, then generate the set. After each round, report actual time used against the limit, not just accuracy, and flag specifically whether the student was on pace at the halfway point, since falling behind early in Module 1 is what triggers the compounding cost, not falling behind at the very end.

Across multiple rounds, track whether pacing is improving, staying flat, or getting worse, and whether accuracy is dropping as speed increases, since a faster pace that tanks accuracy defeats the purpose of the drill. Close each session with one specific pacing adjustment to try in the next round, not a generic "work faster" note.
