This page collects the program rules in one place. The other pages explain how each part works in detail. This is the reference you return to when you want the exact terms.
- Every AgentDock account holder can refer, on the free tier, in a trial, or on a paid plan.
- Gift codes are unlimited for every account. There is no monthly cap and no application.
- Each account has one permanent referral code, formatted
XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
- A referral cookie is set when someone clicks your invite link and is stored for 30 days.
- The cookie survives the sign-in redirect, including Google and Microsoft sign-up.
- Credit is locked in when the referred person creates their account. Clearing cookies or signing up more than 30 days after the click can break attribution.
- A person redeems a referral once. After they have an account, the relationship is fixed.
- Recipients pay the gift price, $29/mo or $108/yr, a discount off the standard $39/mo.
- Recipients start with a 30-day free trial.
- The recipient discount does not stack with other promotions. Gift recipients get the gift price only.
- A commission is created when a referred recipient’s payment succeeds.
- Promotional rates apply for your first six months in the program: 30 percent at Bronze, 35 percent at Silver, 40 percent at Gold, 45 percent at Platinum.
- After six months, all tiers earn the standard 20 percent.
- The first time a recipient converts, you earn 100 percent of that first payment, capped at $29.
- You keep earning on a recipient’s renewals for up to two years from the original conversion.
- Tier is set by lifetime conversions and only moves upward.
- Milestone bonuses are one-time cash rewards paid the first time you cross each threshold: 10 conversions for $100, 25 for $250, 50 for $500, 100 for $1,000, 250 for $2,500, 500 for $5,000, and 1,000 for $10,000.
- Milestone bonuses are paid on top of your normal commissions.
- Every commission is held for 30 days before it becomes available, to cover refunds and chargebacks.
- If a recipient is refunded during the hold, the matching commission is reversed.
- Payouts have a $50 minimum available balance.
- Payouts run through Stripe Connect as a direct deposit to your bank.
- Pending earnings inside the hold do not count toward the minimum until they become available.
- Stripe Connect collects required tax information during onboarding and issues year-end forms where applicable.
- Reportable income is what is actually paid out to you, not pending balances. See Taxes.
The program is built to reward genuine sharing. Earnings come from real people who choose to subscribe. Self-referral, fake accounts, and other attempts to manufacture conversions are not genuine referrals. Refunded and disputed payments reverse the commissions tied to them, so manufactured conversions do not produce lasting earnings.
Program details such as rates, thresholds, and bonuses can be adjusted over time. Earnings you have already accrued are honored under the terms that applied when they were created.
